Customer Success Specialist

Customer Success Specialist

As part of The Customer Success Team, you will be on the front lines of customer interaction. You will provide onboarding, technical training, and account management to clients through chat, email, and phone support. You’ll have the mighty task of delighting our customers every day with your positivity and attention to detail.

  • Be a resource to clients as a knowledge base of the product
  • Assisting new users in setting up and using the full functionality of their account
  • Go above and beyond to delight our customers with every interaction
  • Engage with customers through regular checkups with key accounts
  • Write and maintain knowledge-based articles & resources for self-help tools to aid customers
  • Provide feedback for product improvements and feature requests
  • Avidly support SubCentral's mission, product, and team
  • Maintain awareness of changes, updates, and improvements with current customer base
  • Deconstruct, configure, and resolve technical issues within customers account
  • Prioritize tasks while managing all incoming customer communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience in SaaS or technology industry
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking expertise
