Account Executive

Account Executive

As a member of the sales team you will work in a constantly evolving position, through demo-led sales, you will possess an in-depth understanding of the obstacles and product solutions to facilitate new sales growth. We are a growing team, so a positive attitude is a necessity for our collaborative work environment. 

  • Build and manage multiple client accounts, while maintaining a respectful and supportive relationship
  • Be an expert in the product and remain constantly educated in the industry
  • Deliver demonstrations and training to potential clients
  • Review sales forecasting, meet sales quotas, and report processes
  • Partner with leadership to contributing in updating and improving sales processes
  • Achieve high values of customer satisfaction verified with data and goals that validate
  • Communicate customer drawbacks and frequently proposed feature requests to product
  • Provide customer feedback on marketing efforts and takeaways

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of account management experience
  • 2-3 years of technology-related experience with a strong sales and business background
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
